This service routes messages directly to the 4 main UK operators offering high-reliability, high capacity and fast delivery (typically less than 30 seconds). This service is suitable for mission critical applications. This service provides delivery to UK Mobile roaming abroad, but does not provide delivery to Non-UK numbers.

Business - Global

Business class service with global coverage. Same high quality delivery as the Business - UK Only service when sending to UK Mobiles, but also provides delivery to UK Landlines and networks globally. Message rates vary upon destination, please see below:

Our high quality service routes messages directly to the 4 main UK operators offering high-reliability, high capacity and fast delivery (typically less than 30 seconds). The service also offers global coverage to most operators in the world. The UKDirect service is suitable for mission critical applications. UK and International messages are provided at a single message rate.

Economy

Messages are routed via overseas operators to offer the most competitive price. Due to message prioritisation, delivery times may vary depending on traffic levels. Delivery of messages by operators cannot be guaranteed.

Billing Mode	Description
Own Balance	Messages sent on the subaccount will be billed to the subaccount's own balance. Once the subaccount balance reaches 0 it will not be possible for the subaccount to send messages. To maintain available credit on a subaccount you will need to transfer credits from the master account to the subaccount.
Bill To Master	Messages sent on the subaccount will be billed to the master account. Once the master balance reaches 0 it will not be possible for the subaccount to send messages.
