I am trying to send a sms with a web link how can embed it in the text at the same time not increase the size of the text. Following is an example.

Also How do I align some of the text in next line. Will it add extra spaces to the total message count?

You can normally embed a URL directly in the test message. Most device will recognise that it is URL and hightlight it accordingly. Support for embedded URL will vary from device to device.

In term of formatting, you can start a new line. No other alignment is supported, if you use spaces then these will use up the 160 character allowance.
