i m new to this concept, whan to just send SMS to the single mobile(using VB.net). My query is

objIntelliSMS.username=" ? "
objIntelliSMS.password=" ? "

what will be the username & pasword to send SMS.

You must first register an SMS Gateway account at:
https://www.intellisoftware.co.uk/account/register.aspx

This will provide a Username and Password.
