Hi,

We need to use the ActiveSMS's SMS-email feature to receive an SMS messageand extract an e-mail address and a document reference which it will forward to a specific e-mail addresses.

The extraction of the e-mail works fine but how do we get the system to extract additional information from the SMS?

The SMS will look like this "myname@mydomain.co.ke#document 13", we want the email address extracted and placed in the "from" field and the document number placed in the subject field.

Please advice if this is possible and how we can effect it.

This is not a feature of the ActiveSMS product.

We do provide this feature with our Internet SMS Gateway.
