I'm trying to send a message to the USA, the message was delivered by the Sender ID I configured didn't seem to work, instead the Sender ID was +44778207790

Is there something I need to do? I added the parameter "from" to the message but it didn't appear?

Our system is automatically forcing a UK based sender's for message to the US. This is done to ensure that best level of success when sending to US mobile.

To disable this feature, log into your account and go to Preferences -> International, uncheck the box 'Americas (1) - Force Compatible Sender's Id' and click save changes.

Please note, this change may prevent your message being received on the US mobile.

I tried what was suggested and a message was sent to a contact in the USA with the sender ID of "Annie".

When the message was received, the handset showed 123456789012. Why would this be?
