How do I change the number of retries ActiveSMS performs when sending SMS message using a GSM Device?

You can change the maximum number of retries that ActiveSMS will attempt when send SMS message. By default, ActiveSMS will try to send a message 5 times before reporting a failure.

Procedure as follows:

1) Download the following file:
http://www.intellisoftwa...iveSMS_SetMaxRetries.zip 

2) Extract the ActiveSMS_SetMaxRetries.reg

3) Right-click the extracted ActiveSMS_SetMaxRetries.reg file and change the '5' to the require value.
e.g. "MaxSendRetries"="3"

4) Select File->Save

5) Double click the ActiveSMS_SetMaxRetries.reg file.Click 'Yes' to accept changes.

6) Open the ActiveSMS Console, click Stop and then Start. ActiveSMS will now start running with the new settings.
