We send a lot of messages to different countries around the world. When a message is sent, it comes up with the UK prefix details (+44...); regardless of country sent to. Currently the choice is to either send the message from a random UK number so the recipient can reply, or customise a 'From' sender and not allow the recipient to reply.

We would like to send messages from a 'Sender' name of our choice, however still allow the recipient to reply to a valid number.

Alternatively, provide random country specific numbers that can be replied to so at least the message appears to have been sent locally.

Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to have an alphanumeric sender's ID (e.g. Company Name) that is replyable. If you use an alphanumeric sender's ID any attempt to reply will fail on the handset.

Thank you for you comments regarding localised reply numbers. At the moment we only have UK based (+44) reply numbers. We may consider adding local reply number in the future, at the moment the cost is prohibitive.
