- Send 'Text Message' option not available under the new menu
Check that the OMS service is installed:
1) In Outlook 2007. go to Tools -> Account Settings
2) Select the 'E-mail' tab
3) Check the list for a service called 'IntelliSoftware Mobile Service', if this is not present please repeat the installation.

1) Log into your account on the IntelliSoftware website
2) Go to Extras, click on 'Outlook Mobile Service for Microsoft Outlook 2007' - 'Get This Feature'
3) On the 'Setup Outlook' tab, click on '>> Click here to Setup Outlook for Mobile Service'
4) Enter your password in the Password box.
5) Click on 'More Settings..'
6) Enter your phone number.
7) Click OK
8) Click 'Test Account Settings...'
9) Click 'Yes' to send test message (NOTE: This will cost 1 message credit)
10) Click OK
11) Click OK
- How to manual install the IntelliSMS OMS Service
1) In Outlook 2007. go to Tools -> Account Settings
2) On the E-mail tab, click New.
3) Click Other, and then click Outlook Mobile Service (Text Messaging) from the list of server types.
4) Click Next.

6) Under Logon Information, enter your username in the User ID box and your password in the Password box.
7) If you are the only user who works on your computer, you can select the Remember password check box.
8) Click on 'More Settings..'

10) Click OK
11) Click 'Test Account Settings...'
12) Click 'Yes' to send test message (NOTE: This will cost 1 message credit)
13) Click OK
14) Click OK
