Good afternoon. I'm using ActiveSMS Professional v5.0. When I click on the Email tab the console hangs. This does not happen on any other tab. I end up having to kill the console via Task Manager and it happens everytime I re-launch the app. I'm using Windows XP SP3 and the Active SMS db is the default Access mdb. I've repaired the DB but it makes no difference. The event viewer App log has multiple entries as follows;

Description: Unrecognised Exception raised. Function: CSMTPServerComponent::Worker Thread

If you've any suggestions how I can go about fixing this I'd really appreciate it.

This is a known issue that is sometime experienced with ActiveSMS 5.0.

The problem should be fixed with the latest patch for ActiveSMS 5.0, please see following post:
