dear support,

i have tried the software ActiveSMS Professional, and send email to its own smtp server, it can change it to SMS and receive by receiver. however, i use the receiver's mobile phone to send back the SMS to the GSM mobile handset(connected to ActiveSMS PC), it can receive the SMS at GSM handset (inside SMS box on the phone) but no response on the ActiveSMS. can you teach me how to solve this issue?

my windows is XPSP2
gsm mobile: nokia 5300 using USB cable (USB modem)
my email settings is ok. using test smtp is work fine

in activeSMS console, transports tab>status always
connecting...then Comms Failure

Comms port i use COM5 which is same as modem com port
rection=IN&OUT
baudrate=19200,N,8,1

no PIN number, no SMSC number inputed

i am sure the signal is strong, Sim card functionality all work

i enable the mobile phone's LOG

Unfortunately, you device does not support the AT+CMGL command. This command is required for ActiveSMS to read incoming SMS message from the handset.

how about GSM modem "iTegno WM1080A GSM Modem", do it support???
