I have just signed up for this SMS system and have received no replies through my email system at all - not even to pay for the bill. How do I set this up? I can send SMS messages easily, but just cannot receive them. I even changed the email address to no avail. What do I do next? All filters are turned off.

hI, I have the same issue, though I do see a successful delivery message when sending messages, but if a reply is sent back it only arrives on my mobile. I thought it was supposed to arrive in my inbox as well in Outlook?

You will need to configure your account to forward replies to your Outlook Inbox as follows:

1) On our website (www.intellisoftware.co.uk) login into your account
2) Go to 'Extras' and select 'Change Settings' for Outlook Mobile Service (OMS)
3) Select 'Reply To Mailbox' and click 'Save Changes'

Hi - I wanted to do the same as Kevin and have tried it out. But having experimented you can only get replies to your email OR your phone - NOT both. This is an SMS restriction rather than an OMS issue. Your SMS is shown to come either from your phone or a dummy number set up to receive SMS to convert to emails. I have used ZapitSMS and they have the same issue, the main problem with them is they use an Australian dummy phone number rather than a GB one. Regards - David

It is possible to do this, you must use a combination of 'Reply To Mailbox' and then a Mobile Notification.

Setup as follows:

1) On our website (www.intellisoftware.co.uk) login into your account:
- Go to 'Extras' and select 'Change Settings' for Outlook Mobile Service (OMS)
- Select 'Reply To Mailbox' and click 'Save Changes'

2) In Outlook 2007:
- Go to Tools->Options...
- Click on Notifications
- Check 'Forward messages that meet all of the selected conditions'
- Check 'With specific words in the Subject'
- Enter "Message From" in the textbox
- Click 'OK'
