Hi,

I am sorry for trouble you for the license problem. I have already send an email to you which includes all the detail information for your reference.

Previous I installed ActiveSMS software on my development server to test and integrate the SMS application. At that time, I active the license key which is sent from you. But now problem comes. I want to install ActiveSMS application to another server for test not previous development server. When I active the license again, following error comes out.

Could you please remove my previous product activation data and let me re-active this production in my current server?
