You first need to check if security settings have been set by your system administrator. In Outlook, open the ‘Public Folders’ and look for a folder called ‘Outlook Security Settings’ or ‘Outlook 10 Security Settings’. If this folder is present then you will need to contacts your system administrator and request that they carry out step (7) below.
If security settings folder is not present then step (1) to (8) will need to be completed by your system administrator.
1) Download Office Resource Kit Tools

For Office XP Run: "ADMPACK.EXE"
3) Open the readme.doc
4) Carry steps under the heading ‘Installing the Trusted Code control’
5) Carry steps under the heading ‘Creating a public folder for the security settings’
6) Carry steps under the heading ‘Modifying the default security settings’
7) Add IntelliSMSOutlookAddin to trusted code.
- Make sure IntelliSMS Outlook Add-in is installed
- Go to the "Trusted Code" Tab
- Click Add.., select file "C:\Program Files\IntelliSoftware\IntelliSMSOutlookAddin\IntelliSMSOutlookAddin.dll”
- Scroll to the bottom of the template, and then click Close.
8) Carry steps under the heading ‘Deploying the customized Outlook security settings to client computers’
