I have just started to use the Outlook 2007 OMS and I must say that it is excellent apart from one minor gripe.

Is there a way to stop it sending multiple messages when my message goes over the character limit for a single one and instead send one long message that is Concatenated together. Its just rather annoying to have it split up when the old plugin allowed Concatenated messages.

Kind Regards

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send proper concatenated SMS message. Unfortunately this is the way that Microsoft choose to implement long messages.

To get round this issue you can use our Microsoft Outlook Addin. Our Outlook addin send proper concatenated SMS messages.

Thanks for the quick reply, I feared as much 😞.

I really liked the built in functionality in outlook, its a shame that Microsoft don't provide this support. I might write a wrapper layer for OMS using the .net interface to allow me to convert the sending of 3 messages into 1 concatenated together.

Thanks for the feedback though.
